super nice job.. a good mill choice for a cool chopper .. i been looking at the pice very hard.. heres a good suggestion.. slide the fork tubes up in the trees about 1 1/2 inches.. get a tube mount speed clamp & mount the speedo to the top of the tube on the one side.. you could then adjust the roll of the speedo for iptimum visibility , utilizing the tube being slide up, at the same time the tube being slid up would level the lower frame rails out a little more.. i've long thought about using the new triumph mills for choppers.. this is a great example of the potential there.. at the same time a 1999 sportster sport had a trim piece thar filled the gap on the top tree that covered the bolt holes where the speedo is now bolted..

This *IS* a good suggestion !!!
(and then tidy up the speedo cable too).

When my 220 lbs is on the bike, it's dead level. That's the way I built it. It gets seen more with me on it than parked. The front brake rotor is there for the people who want a front brake(not me). The idea of hiding components on a bike is a little strange to me and I've been doing this for a living since 79. The speedo is right in the line of sight without being in the way. Got too many tickets for not having one. Thanks for the imput, means someone is looking. Oh yeah 7 grand obo.
