very cool blackjack... i love seeing workmanship without all the new space age tools. and feel like we need a shit load of money for specialized tools.... very primitive

I've always enjoyed your shit BlackJack, sure you got crazy ideas (and crazy hair!). I like how you always use readily available tools and a nice approach to shit. Now that I know you got a youtube channel I'll have to go check out what vids I've missed.

oh, and that tip about chucking the bar into the drill press, then bringing the press down, and clamping it down in the vice and locking the vice down before releasing the chuck is pretty fucking brilliant.....why didnt I ever think of that.

you need to put these little tips and tricks into a nice magazine like the Horse.

Or, say, Back Street Heroes???

Glad you dug it. I got ideas for a few more, possibly including a remake of the Tube Mitring one.

it seems as if i have been relying on the lathe a little too much and the brain goes stale.

Shit, one issue, I picked it up to find that I'd written the editorial.

I seem to recall having heard people saying they got it in Barnes and Noble ???

Incidentally, BSH has been going for a bit over 25 years now.
