Daytona

I'm planing on being camping at "The Cabbage Patch", Daytona Bike Week.
Anybody else going to be their? Look for a big bear (well not so big now) on a yellow trike.

Wellllllll, I'm back from "REFRIGATONA". Believe me it was cold.
It'll take me a few days to get back to normal (warm)
I woosed out and took my truck for support, I'm glad I did, my buds had to stop every 50 miles and warm up.
The Cabbage Patch wasn't too bad, everyone was wearing two sets of clothes and leathers (didn't see a ta ta one) roosters crowed all night long. Did I mention that it was COLD???
Left early and went to St. Aguistin for two days in motel, burrrrrr cold. Like in 30's.
But we made it back in one peice. Don't know if I'll do that again.

Here we are X amount of days past Daytona Bike Week and I'm just getting caught up. Mike I'm Sorry I missed you this trip. For what it is worth I thought of you a few times and mentioned to my riding buds that I wanted to get over to see you. I simply never left town. I didn't make it over to Destination Harley or the Last Resort, I really didn't leave town.

Granted the weather was cold but still warmer than at home! The riding during the day was OK but the nights got dam cold. I road the Chopper a lot this trip and it certainly isn't my Bagger by any stretch.

I brought a bud with me this time who simply was not feeling the love for riding in the cold so he spent a fair share of his time just chilling in the room. I wandered around during the day and would venture back in the evenings to grab him for dinner. The latter part of the week he didn't ride at all. He took a taxi everywhere.

Overall I had a good time regardless of not seeing anything. I ate real good this trip so that made up for the lack of riding. As a non drinker I spent more time in the bars this time than any of my other 18 trips to Daytona. Boy did I see some stuff!

I posted the PG pictures on Photobucket. The R pictures will make their way to Chopperforums when I get the chance (have to resize them and that is a PITA).
